Zhone Technologies to Report Second Quarter 2007 Financial Results

Oakland, CA — July 3, 2007 — Zhone Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZHNE), a global provider of advanced communications equipment and a leader in VoIP, IPTV, and Ethernet over both copper and fiber access lines, today announced that the company will report its second quarter 2007 financial results on Tuesday, July 24, 2007, after the close of regular market trading.
