Sep 29, 2010 — Oakland, CA — [Zhone Technologies, Inc.](http://www.zhone.com) (NASDAQ: ZHNE), a global pioneer in FTTx network access solutions, announced today the completion of the previously announced sale of its Oakland campus, consisting of land and three buildings, to LBA Realty, LLC for approximately $18.8 million in cash.
