Zhone's broadband loop carrier (BLC) products are best in class. Recently, an independent analyst firm which tracks the communications industry awarded our Multi-Access Line Concentrator (MALC) product the highest ranking of any product in its class, edging out offerings from several competing vendors. Acquisitions are not expected to be central to our growth strategy as the three acquisition goals of customers, technology and scale have been met. Our future growth will be focused on organic growth in emerging growth markets. Our international revenues have increased over the prior quarter with 59% of our total revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2008 attributable to international.
