Software Increment Release Notes ================================ Increment ID: I03A1730 Date created: March 31 2000 CSR number: 10319806 Title: Multiple fixes: TIC Alarms, ISDN/UE Block, Traffic Alarms Detailed Description of Increment: ---------------------------------- This patch fixes the following problems: 1. TIC Alarms: A TIC Mismatch Alarm will be raised if the customer replaces an ATIC card (NT4K56CA) with a TIC (NT4K56AC). This behavior is enabled by a Command Interface that provides the customer with a command to allow or deny TIC downgrades, as well as query the current setting of this functionality. 2. Block provisioning of unsupported service on a UE shelf: This fix blocks provisioning requests for services which are unsupported on a UE shelf. If a switch or TL1 provisioning request specifies a service which the UE shelf does not support, the request is rejected with a ROSE error response. 3. DS1 Traffic Threshold Alarms: Currently DS1 or VT15 Yellow or AIS alarm conditions go undetcted by the traffic alarm generation system. This fix will dettect the additional alarm conditions and raise the traffic threshold alrams if needed.
