Patch Bundle: Cluster Inventory improvements for ANX and service
display, NeId renumbering and Connection Rollover in Progress

Detailed Description of Increment:  
----------------------------------
This increment addresses four issues:

1.  Cluster inventory was displaying erroneous data for the
ANX linecard services.  This increment now allows the linecard
services of the ANX to be displayed correctly.

2.  The Cluster Inventory display was also missing data for
some line card slots.  Improvements have been made to show all
data, including slots with no cards but service provisioned
as well as slots with cards with no service provisioned. 

3.  During NeId renumbering, sts-n-line objects are now
renumbered correctly.  In addition the NeId of the other Ne
in the point to point configuration is now used to modify
the connection database of that Ne.

4.  This increment corrects the issue where the error message
"Connection Rollover in Progress" was displaying on the
connection manager after a node was added to a VT managed
ring.  The message will need to be cleared manually, however,
it will not occur again.


System Configuration / Shelf Type Requirements:
-----------------------------------------------
This increment must be applied to all AN 17.30 AccessNode configurations
and shelf types.  This increment effects the Operations Controller (OPC).


Prerequisite Increments Required:
---------------------------------
Increments I01A1730 through I20A1730 must be successfully applied prior to 
application of this increment.

Installation Instructions:
--------------------------
Download increment from the Web:
Either a) download the increment directly to the /iswd directory on the OPC.
       b) download the increment to tape and insert into the OPC tape drive.
Start up Incremental SW Del. from the Software Admin toolset on the OPC.

Deliver the increment:
  1) Select Deliver an Increment.

  2) Type y to verify your selection.

Verify the increment:
  1) From the ISD main menu, select Display Increments.

  2) Select Display to Screen.

  3) Verify the increment delivered has the correct Title
     and Description.  Also verify that the status is
     "READY TO APPLY".

     NOTE: If the increment is a Linecard only increment, the
     status will be "LOAD DELIVERED". 

  4) Press any key to return to the main menu.

Apply the increment:
  1) From the ISD main menu, select Apply an Increment.

  2) In the list, select the number next to the increment you delivered.

  3) Type y to verify your selection.

  4) When the application is complete, press any key to scroll through
     the Summary screen(s) until you return to the main menu.
 
  5) From the main menu, select Display Increments.

  6) Select Display to Screen.

  7) Verify that the status next to each NE now reads "APPLIED"
     (or "TRIAL APPLIED" if you chose to run a test in step 3 above).


Test Instructions:
------------------
Open the Cluster Inventory tool on the OPC and verify that ANX
linecards display correctly.  Verify that slots with cards but
no service, as well as slots with service provisioned but no cards 
inserted have the correct information displayed.
