Detailed Description of Increment:  
----------------------------------
The 10th facility assignment can be added on systems with five digit NE 
numbers.  Without the increment, the tool no longer opens when the 10th
assignment is created on systems with five digit NE numbers.

More than 6 STS connections can be provisioned on Point to Point 
systems.  Previously, in AN17.30 the Connection Manager restricted
the number of connections to a maximum of 6 on Point to Point systems.

True TCP/IP configuration data for NMA is now saved to tape.  Previously,
the data was lost when restored from tape.

Users can now select BLSR_RFT from the Preside Facility Provisioning dialog
without receiving an error message.


System Configuration / Shelf Type Requirements:

This increment must be applied to all AN17.30 AccessNode configurations
and shelf types.  This increment affects the Operations Controller (OPC).

Increments I01A1730 through I31A1730 must be successfully applied 
prior to application of this increment.
