Detailed Description of Increment: ---------------------------------- 1. This increment corrects the problem where the Provisioning Manager and Connection Manager would fail to open on spans of control with more than 5 NEs. The Provisioning Manager and Connection Manager have been modified to increase the time allowed when waiting for responses from Network Elements before convicting the NEs as unavailable. The timer change improves the usability of the tools on systems with more than 5 NEs or systems with more than 3 UE9000 shelves. 2. The Provisioning Manager and Connection Manager have been modified to function properly with an NE on the rare occassion when some of the TIC ports on the NE become unavailable due to corruption in the NE database. These TIC ports are displayed as dashes on the NEUI TIC MAPCI level. The OPC tools can now operate normally with the affected TIC ports showing as unavailable in the OPC Provisioning Manager and Connection Manager. System Configuration / Shelf Type Requirements: ----------------------------------------------- This increment must be applied to all AN17.30 AccessNode configurations and shelf types. This increment affects the Operations Controller (OPC).
