Dead System Recovery, Cluster Inv, Conn Mgr & TL1  improvements

Detailed Description of Increment:  
----------------------------------
This increment provides the following improvements:
1.  During dead system recovery and initial power-up, the load booting
process is improved.  Timeouts and reloading are avoided.  Also, the
information displayed in the reboot load manager is now accurate.
2.  Cluster inventory was displaying erroneous data for the
ANX linecard services.  This increment now allows the linecard
services of the ANX to be displayed correctly.
3.  The Cluster Inventory display was also missing data for
some line card slots.  Improvements have been made to show all
data, including slots with no cards but service provisioned,
and slots with cards with no service provisioned.
4.  During NeId renumbering, sts-n-line objects are now
renumbered correctly.  In addition, the NeId of the other Ne
in the point to point configuration is now used to modify
the connection database of that Ne.
5.  This increment corrects the issue where the error message
"Connection Rollover in Progress" was displaying on the
connection manager after a node was added to a VT managed
ring.  The message will need to be cleared manually, however,
it will not occur again.
6. The user will able to configure TL1 over TCP/IP from OPCUI, 
and will not be required to go to a UNIX shell.


System Configuration / Shelf Type Requirements:

This increment must be applied to all AN18.00 AccessNode configurations
and shelf types.  This increment effects the Operations Controller (OPC).


Prerequisite Increments Required:

Increments I01A1800 through I12A1800 must be successfully applied prior to 
application of this increment.

Special Instructions:
---------------------
If the system is configured to use TL1 over TCP/IP, then the TL1X25SM
process must be restarted.  The new executable will be in effect once the
TL1X25SM MSR is restarted.  Please contact Nortel Technical Support for
instructions and help with this process.



Installation Instructions:
--------------------------
Download increment from the Web:
Either a) download the increment directly to the /iswd directory on the OPC.
       b) download the increment to tape and insert into the OPC tape drive.
Start up Incremental SW Del. from the Software Admin toolset on the OPC.

Deliver the increment:
  1) Select Deliver an Increment.

  2) Type y to verify your selection.

Verify the increment:
  1) From the ISD main menu, select Display Increments.

  2) Select Display to Screen.

  3) Verify the increment delivered has the correct Title
     and Description.  Also verify that the status is
     "READY TO APPLY".
