This new functionality will cause an automatic rebuild of the ISD database the first time the ISD tool is brought up after the OPC becomes active. The fix also prevents the user from applying any TDM patches below the GA marker patch. The combination of these changes will prevent future TDM downgrade issues for customers that upgrade to an AN18 pre-patched load with these fixes in them. It will also aleviate the need for any manual steps to be taken after the upgrade to an AN18 pre-patched load has been completed. Provisioning manager is now able to retrieve circuit information for STS level connections. The ADSL 8+8, ADSL 10+10, and Enhanced DS1 ATM cards have been added to the database and will now be reported in the Remote Inventory Process.
