Detailed Description of Increment:  
----------------------------------
This increment delivers the CPLD verion 3 for the Loopback
AIC (LAIC) Card to the Operations Controller (OPC).  
Increment I23A1800 is required to download the CPLD load 
to the LAIC card.

This increment also provides correct generation of the mtags
in the autonomous messages generated by TL1 on the Surveillance
OSS.

System Configuration / Shelf Type Requirements:

This increment must be applied to all AN18.00 AccessNode configurations
and shelf types.  This increment affects the Operations Controller (OPC).


Prerequisite Increments Required:

Increments I01A1800 through I21A1800 must be successfully applied 
prior to application of this increment.

This increment requires I23A1800 to complete the installation of
the new CPLD version 3.
