See below for more details. 1. Allow TL1CI CTAG strings to start with a digit ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Allow TL1CI CTAG strings to start with a digit. * Description: Customers using TL1CI to access their network elements discovered that otherwise valid commands would fail if a CTAG string began with a digit, and then included any alphabetical character. For example, a CTAG of 111111 would be accepted, but a CTAG of 111A11 would not. Any CTAG beginning with an alphabetic character would be accepted, as long as the rest of the characters were valid. Valid alphanumeric characters accepted for a CTAG are a through z, A through Z, and digits 0 through 9.
