This load resolves an issue where the customer is using the OC3 ATM interface card (NTNP36BA). When using this interface, the 24+24 card could experience HEC and ATM50 errors, and service would be down. The 24+24 linecard should be at least a revision two in order to support this load, and should be at revison seven or higher. |
