Once you have downloaded the increment from the web, transfer it to the OPC.

*** NOTE ***: If you do not have an ethernet connection then you will need to 
request a tape, as the OPC does not have a file transfer protocol for modems.

On the OPC untar the NT4KSLBA.tar file using the following command:
   tar xf NT4KSLBA.tar

For further installation instructions refer to the provided CAP AN97-25, which
is included in the NT4KSLBA.tar file in PDF format.
