         4.  Software Co-Requirements

The Port Card and Service Node release migration paths are specified in the “Release Migration Paths” (interopmatrix.pdf) document included with the firmware file.

Following is a required upgrade process from MVL to ReachDSL:
                        1. MCP must be upgraded first
                        2. Port card upgrade must be performed after MCP upgrade
                        3. End Point upgrade should be performed last

        5. Compatibility With Other Released Models

•The 6350-A1/A2 release D04.01.11 is only to be used in conjunction with an 8312 or 8314 Reach DSL Port Card. The list of Port Card firmware releases and DSP revisions that interoperate with the 6350-A1 and the 6350-A2 are specified in the "ReachDSL/MVL Portcard and Endpoints Compatibility Matrix” document included with the firmware file. However, for optimal performance, it is strongly recommended the endpoint interoperates with a portcard that includes DSP version 4.10.20 or greater.
