Upgrade to new MVL DSP code release 02.22.00
Reasons for changes relative to DSP V02.22.00 for 02.21.00:
"ATU-R On-Hook Voltage Threshold" Adapter Option default value is changed from 19V to 34V in order to fix the occasional off-hook detection failures that result in very high phone handset noise levels, and loss of data transport when a phone is off-hook at the premises on 6310-A1 and A2. This change is directed to customers, where the loop plant typically has short 48V loops. This change raises the end-points on-hook threshold to a level that on-hook will not be detected in 24V systems.
Replace driver on/off hook mode with mute mode when on-hook, or on dry lines. This improves common mode rejection (CMR) of noise on-hook on 6310-A2s. This change is directed to customers where poor to no on-hook data performance, and acceptable off-hook performance has been seen. The mute mode improves the on-hook CMR performance, at the expense of 3 to 6 dB of on-hook data performance, in a low noise environment.
Put code in place to prevent download of 6310-A3 firmware to this platform.
Added new TxPower settings to the TxPower range (11dB to -11 dB)

6310-A1 RTUs should not be used in a multi-point configuration on 8312 MVL line cards.
6310-A2 and 6310-A3 RTUs can be used in a multi-point configuration and can be mixed, ie. , user can utilize -A2s and -A3s multi-dropped on the same port.
If loop length is greater that 8k better performance is achieved if there is at least one -A3 endpoint in the configuration.
