When upgrading the 6381-A2 to the 3.00.03 ADSL 2+
firmware
a. Load the 6381_R30003_kernel_upg.bin first.
b. Load the 6381_R30003_fs_upg.img
c. If modem has not reset after 5 minutes,
power modem off for 15 seconds then power on.
