When upgrading the 6381-A2 with 02.00.xx to release 3.00.10 you will use this procedure:   6381-A2_to_6381-A3_conversion 

When upgrading a 6381-A3 or a 6381-A2 that has already been loaded with release 3.00.xx you will use this procedure to upgrade to 03.00.10:  

6381_A3 upgrade

**** If you will be placing the files directly in ftproot, and not creating a sub-directory then you will just use a / for the directory
