Installation Services

Zhone Installation Services provides world-class solutions that meet our customers' deployment requirements. Our Installation Services include: site engineering, "rack and stack", equipment power-up, configuration, and network acceptance sign-off. Zhone certified installers and engineers ensure a quick deployment, which means a faster time to market.

Installation Services include standard EF&I components:

Site Engineering

This service includes a site build-out plan with related power and cabling requirements.

Physical Installation

This service includes the unpacking, rack placement, cabling, and connecting equipment to power and the network. Once installed, the functionality of the equipment is tested and verified.

Integration and Configuration

This service includes integration, configuration, and testing of the equipment in the network.

Acceptance Testing

This service includes a "Zhone Customer Acceptance Sign-Off Document" that is created in conjunction with the customer to ensure the installation is completed and the equipment is functioning to customer specifications.

Project Management

This service includes the oversight of a large single location deployment including the coordination of contracted services, product deliveries and scheduling.

Program Management

This service includes the oversight of a multiple location deployment including the coordination of contracted services, product deliveries and scheduling.
