Site Engineering

This service includes a site build-out plan with related power and cabling requirements.

Physical Installation

This service includes the unpacking, rack placement, cabling, and equipment connection to power and the network. Once installed, the functionality of the equipment is tested and verified.

Integration and Configuration

This service includes integration, configuration, and testing of the equipment in the network.

Project Management

This service provides oversight for an equipment deployment including the coordination of contracted services, product deliveries and scheduling.

Network Analysis

This service includes a remote diagnostic from one of Zhone's highly qualified TAC engineers who will analyze the customer's network and report on areas of improvement in performance and efficiency. This can be done on an as-needed basis or set up to be run on a recurring basis.
