Zhone's standard warranty covers all Zhone products for one year from the date of purchase. An enhanced maintenance program is available that provides additional, ongoing support for Zhone products.

  • Advance replacement of DOA for 30 days

  • Advance replacement of hardware for mutually agreed-upon emergencies
